All orders placed on our website are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Express Shipping
  • Remote Area Deliveries

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2-3 times before marking the order as undelivered or returned.

Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery failures.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Sasta Deals shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders caused by incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Operational disruptions

Sasta Deals shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should record an opening video immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours.

9. Open Box Video Requirement

A proper unboxing/open box video is mandatory for any claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Wrong products
  • Defective items

Claims raised without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

10. Returned or Refused Orders

If an order is refused by the customer at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
