Refund policy
At Sasta Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing items in the package
- Product significantly different from the description
2. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of product delivery.
Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Open Box Video Policy
Customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing/open box video while opening the package received from the delivery partner.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The unpacking process
- The product and issue clearly visible
Without a valid unboxing video, claims related to damaged, wrong, defective, or missing products may be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Products without tags, labels, or accessories
- Beauty, skincare, and personal care products once opened
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items
- Products returned without an unboxing video
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
5. Return Approval Process
Once a return request is received, our support team will review the request along with the provided evidence.
Sasta Deals reserves the right to:
- Approve the return
- Reject the return request
- Request additional proof or information
- Offer replacement instead of refund
6. Reverse Pickup
If the return request is approved, a reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability in the customer's location.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
7. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit, if applicable
8. Shipping Charges & Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping charges, COD charges, platform fees, and handling charges are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer places incorrect order
- Customer changes mind after dispatch
- Product returned due to personal preference
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
10. Fraudulent Claims
Sasta Deals reserves the right to reject returns or refunds in cases involving suspicious activity, fraudulent claims, misuse of policies, or repeated abuse of return services.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates
